New real estate projects are happening all the time in Mississauga, from high-rises to suburban homes, with areas of the city changing shape on a yearly basis.

One such area that is constantly undergoing makeovers, is the township of Clarkson. The oldest part of Mississauga is one that has saw some really nice new developments, but it isn’t done yet. Saxon Developments has recently announced a new project for Clarkson Road North area, that will bring sixty new townhomes to the market. Here’s a little about the project:

Welcome to a prestigious enclave, where living large and living well go hand in hand. Where sun-dappled days transition into star-streaked nights above exquisite Rooftop Terraces.

Where a postcard-worthy Main Street and lush forested walking trails can both be explored on the same day. Where fashionable shops and great restaurants are within walking distance. And where tasteful luxury is evident at every turn. This is townhome living in the heart of Clarkson Village.

Every townhouse will be fitted with smooth ceiling finishes, ceramic/porcelain/laminate flooring, main staircases with oak banisters and carpet, open concept kitchens with island, frost-free refrigerators, whisper-quiet dishwasher, ceramic/porcelain bathrooms, central air conditioning, and much more.

This new development is aimed to be completed around December of this year. The average cost of a townhouse in Mississauga is $615,921, and we can expect that to slowly increase throughout the year. No official prices have been announced as of yet, but we can expect something around the average, with maintenance fees costing $0.30 per square foot.

So if you’re in the market for a new home or thinking about investing, then you might want to consider looking into this exciting new project in the Clarkson area. Check out more details and contact info here, and stay tuned for all new real estate developments.
