2020 will see Streetsville play host to its first ever comedy festival. The aptly named Streetsville Comedy Festival will be happening on February 25th at the Vic Joseph Community Centre and it’s scored a truly world-renowned comedian as its headliner.

The inaugural comedy festival is following in the footsteps of the Port Credit  comedy fest, and it has already announced some impressive names for its night of hilarity, but none are quite as well known as the headliner. Enough beating around the bush though, you wanna know how it is. Well the star of this year’s Streestville Comedy Festival is none other than Canada’s own, Tom Green!

Tom Green exploded on MTV with the groundbreaking comedy show “The Tom Green Show”. Before YouTube and social media existed, Tom Green’s man-on-th-street pranks changed television forever.

He’s graced the cover of Rolling Stone, hosted David Letterman and Saturday Night Live, and appeared on Oprah, Jay Leno, Kimmel, Fallon, Conan, and more! Tom’s Stand Up Comedy TOur has been selling out worldwide in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, Israel and throughout Europe and recently toured throughout Asia. He has also performed for Canadian Troops in Afghanistan and USO Tours in Iraq, Africa and the Middle East.

In 2018 Tom started a new year long residency performing a live version of the Tom Green Show at Bally’s Casino in Las Vegas. Don’t miss his hilarious Stand Up show when it comes to your city!

Green has starred in numerous comedy movies, including Road Trip, Stealing Harvard, and appeared on shows like Celebrity Big Brother and The Apprentice.

Of course, Tom Green is only one of many acts already confirmed for the show. The other comedians attending are Rob Bebenek, Graham Chittenden, Alex Falcone, Ron Josol, Deanne Smith, and Shayne Smith. For more on each of the comics, including their schedules, click here.
