The British jewelry brand Links of London—which counts among its customers the wife of Britain’s Prince William, Kate Middleton—has opened its fifth standalone location in Canada at Mississauga’s Square One.
The 800-square-foot boutique, triangular in shape, boasts a 30-foot wide glass facade in Square One’s luxury wing which unveiled in the summer of 2016. The other wow factor? A bracelet bar in the centre of the store.
Links of London is the originator of the trendy friendship bracelet. In addition to offering all those bling-bedazzled shoppers a range of styles from its iconic lines including Sweetie, the store provides customization and personalization of select pieces through engraving, and a selection of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, watches and more.
The Square One Links of London store is located between retailers Stuart Weitzman and Urban Decay, and across from Jamie’s Italian and Harry Rosen, in the wing that also houses Salvatore Ferragamo, Tory Burch, Rolex, and Holt Renfrew.
Links of London is known world-wide for designing jewellery and statement watches that “celebrate the love, wit and spirit of smart British style around the world.”
So, short of a 7-hour flight across the pond (plus four or more additional hours to get into and out of airports), a visit to Links of London may just be the next best thing for a fashionable British immersion. After all, all-things British have been very much back in the media since the Meghan Merkel and Prince Harry recent nuptials.
Oh, and did we mention that The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, wore Links of London “Hope Topaz” earrings in her official engagement photos?
