Christmastime is here once again and that means gorging on delicious foods, exchanging gifts, and basking in the camaraderie of the season. It’s a great time for the whole family. Meaning, you had better not forget the single most important member of the family: the pet.
Whether that’s your dog, cat, parrot, rabbit, or dwarf Roborovski hamster, you should make sure to celebrate Christmas with your best friend. And there’s no better way to do that, than by coming to the Toronto Christmas Pet Show at the International Centre. Here is the official event description, as per the website:
The Canadian Pet Expo along with the many vendors welcome the festive family season while presenting its responsible pet ownership message to all pet attendees and their pets throughout weekend at the International Centre.
With a great diversity in vendors and pet events the CPE continues to share the message that every pet is a companion for life and to share each day with them as you would with every family member.
Much like all other such events at the International Centre, you can expect copious amounts of shopping, exhibits, and live events. The extensive exhibitor list includes Ruff Stitched, Barkley Bites, Instachew, as well as organisations like Boxer Rescue, Helping Homeless Pets, and Ontario SPCA.
The live events include a Santa’s grotto, K9 Agility Park Zone, Aquatic Expo, and a Bird Zone. Not to mention, there will be some celebrity pets in attendance, so keep your eyes and ears peeled!
The Canadian Christmas Pet Show takes place on November 24 and 25, at 6900 Airport Road, and tickets can be purchased at this link. An adult day pass costs $15, while a family day pass can be bought for $35, and, of course, all pets are welcome! So come to the Pet Expo this month and spoil your best friend with lots of Christmas cheer!
