For many of you, the winter season is your absolute favourite because of the endless skating opportunities! Well, the time have once again arrived and you are free to get back out on the ice!

Today we just want to give you a little guidance in regards to Mississauga’s three major public skating rinks, but of course, if you want to skate on a frozen river when the time comes… you probably shouldn’t! Please, safety first and foremost!

Celebration Square

Celebration Square is arguably Mississauga’s most popular and iconic destination for skaters every holiday season!

Celebration Square’s public ice rink opened up on November 24th, 2018, meaning you can head there right now! The public skate hours are 10 AM to 10:30 PM. Below is some more pertinent details.

Holiday hours

Christmas Eve (December 24): 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Christmas Day (December 25): 10 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
December 26 – December 30: 10 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
New Year’s Eve (December 31): 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Family Day (February 18, 2019): 10 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Spring Break (March 11 to March 15, 2019): 10 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Skate Rental Hours
Weekdays: 4 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
Weekends: 10 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
